HIIT Yoga is going to be a mix of full body HIIT conditioning & flow yoga. The HIIT (High Interval Intense Training) component of the class will get the heart rate up with short interval exercises to strengthen & tone the body which can help you lose weight, getting you fitter and feeling stronger. Then the yoga flow section will aim to add a little calmness to your body while improving flexibility
